Personal toolbar is an IE toolbar that allows you to view compression  while you are browsing from your PC.

This application is one of the tools that allow you to analyze and calculate performance gains in your environment. Whenever you access a page, our toolbar compresses this page and displays summary information. Click on “View Report” button to view detailed information.

You can use this toolbar on your Intranet as well as on open Internet. Server does NOT have to have PipeBoost™ installed, in order for toolbar to work.
